We ship using mainly USPS. Threat Based Threads does not control this entity therefore we are NOT responsible for any package(s) once it’s been turned over to the shipping provider. Threat Based Threads is NOT responsible for packages that are late, stolen, lost, or packages sent to the wrong address (due to a customer entering error). The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Threat Based Threads is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason feel free to return or exchange the item(s) hassle free.
We ask that you contact us by email at support@threatbasedthreads.com to advise that you will be returning the order. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are not refunded. In fairness, if the return is passed 60 days from time of order we will issue you an exchange or credit towards another purchase.
